"Integrity without knowledge is weak and useless, and knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful", quoted Samuel Johnson. Integrity in the eyes of a teenager means not cheating in class, obeying and respecting school rules, and finishing and completing anything assigned in school.

When in class, teenagers have plenty of opportunities to cheat during tests, quizzes and other assignments. Integrity means not taking advantage of these opportunities and being honest towards yourself and others. Without any integrity, most people would copy other people's work and be dishonest. Since most students show integrity, cheating is not as big of a problem as it could be, but there are some students who thrive on cheating. If all students had integrity, many more would be successful.

Samuel Golden once said: "Having integrity means being completely true to what is inside you – to what you know is right what you feel you must do, regardless of the immediate cost of sacrifice to be honorable and to behave decently." The quote tells people that it is best to behave and act as they always have. People should not do things that do not allow them to be true to themselves. Kids constantly do stupid and irrational things around their friends, but when they are by themselves they usually act using their inner-selves as a guide. People with common sense do things that they know are right. If people complete tasks and sacrifice less of themselves, they can improve their integrity.

Story of Trekking Kedarkantha Summit

दिन 01 सुबह के साढ़े तीन बजे है और मेरी नींद खुली। अलार्म चार बजे का लगाया था और नींद अपने आप खुल गई । मैं बहुत रोमांचित महसूस कर रही थी ।वैसे तो मैं जल्दी उठने वाले लोगों की श्रेणी में नहीं आती किंतु अगर कोई यात्रा करनी हो तो मैं जल्दी से जल्दी उठ सकती हूँ। क्योंकि सुबह पाँच बजे की गाड़ी थी, चार बजे का अलार्म लगाया था, लेकिन नींद उससे पहले ही खुल गई। आज मुझे काफ़ी यात्रा करनी थी। कोश्यारी जी की गाड़ी पाँच बजे मुझे पिक करने आ गई थी, अक्टूबर का महीना था तो इस समय थोड़ा अंधेरा सा ही था। दस बजे मैं बागेश्वर पहुँच गई थी । वहाँ से दूसरी गाड़ी ले कर गरुड़ पहुची। यहाँ से मुझे कर्णप्रयाग वाली गाड़ी लेनी थी। गरुड़ से कर्णप्रयाग की दूरी लगभग 98 किलोमीटर है । गरुड़ से कर्णप्रयाग को नियमित रूप से एक ही गाड़ी चलती है । कर्णप्रयाग वाली गाड़ी मेरे पहुँचने के थोड़ा देर बाद वहाँ आ गई थी । गाड़ी के चालक रघु दा थे , वे उम्र में काफ़ी उम्रदराज़ थे। वे बता रहे थे कि इस रूट में गाड़ी चलाते हुए उन्हें सोलह साल हो गये हैं । वे रास्ते में आने वाले हर एक पड़ाव से भली भाँति परिचित थे। हमने नामक स्थान पर दिन...
